Snr. HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
  • Employee Attendance and leave management records
  • Identifying training needs and proposing appropriate training required by personnel.
  • Provide administrative support in day to day operations of the organization.
  • Recruitment, Statutory,
  • Training & Development, Employees Engagement, General Admin & complete HR function of manufacturing plant.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Through knowledge and understanding of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act.
  • A minimum of experience in a similar role
  • Strong presentation, communication management skills.
