Snr. HR EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
- Employee Attendance and leave management records
- Identifying training needs and proposing appropriate training required by personnel.
- Provide administrative support in day to day operations of the organization.
- Recruitment, Statutory,
- Training & Development, Employees Engagement, General Admin & complete HR function of manufacturing plant.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Through knowledge and understanding of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act.
- A minimum of experience in a similar role
- Strong presentation, communication management skills.
