Coimbatore<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80b022b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80b022b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>To oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations including but not limited to following:<\/li><li>\u00a0Plan and draw up a production schedule<\/li><li>\u00a0Decide on and coordinate with various departments to organize the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate\u00a0<\/li><li>Select equipment and take responsibility for its running and maintenance so it does not cause production stoppage<\/li><li>Set, maintain, and sustain the required quality standards<\/li><li>Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with your managers<\/li><li>\u00a0Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed<\/li><li>\u00a0Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs<\/li><li>Organize the repair of any damaged equipment<\/li><li>\u00a0Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times<\/li><li>\u00a0Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met<\/li><li>\u00a0Work with your managers to implement the company&#8217;s policies and goals<\/li><li>\u00a0Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for management as required<\/li><li>\u00a0Supervise and motivate a team of workers<\/li><li>Review worker performance, identify training needs and facilitate training<\/li><li>\u00a0Ensure that only trained and qualified manpower is used for production<\/li><li>\u00a0This position will be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. A large part of the job is dealing with people and resource management.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Skill Set Required<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u00a0\u00a0Planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process<\/li><li>The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems<\/li><li>The capacity to grasp complex concepts easily<\/li><li>Computer literacy to deal with various technologies and programs<\/li><li>Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality<\/li><li>The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and stake holders<\/li><li>\u00a0Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time<\/li><li>The ability to work under pressure and multitask<\/li><li>\u00a0Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines<\/li><li>A results-driven approach to work<\/li><li>The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.<p>3 to 5 Experience required in<br \/>Flow (mass) production &#8211;
